The wedding of B-town actress turned jewellery designer Neelam Kothari to model-actor and recent Bigg Boss 4 participant Samir Soni took place on the 23rd January 2011. The wedding was as low-key an affair as a celebrity wedding can be with only the closest of the couple’s friends being invited.

The bride wore a beige lehenga in a half sari style and looked absolutely ravishing. Neelam’s always been popular for her simple style and she kept with it even as a bride. The groom was well… well-groomed! The couple looked great together and really happy.

Amongst the guests an absolute stand out has to be Karisma Kapoor in a white salwar kameez. Simple, stunning and so gorgeous.

Amrita Arora came dressed in a red velvet anarkali and looked like a yummy mummy.
Sophie Choudry blinged in wearing a really bright fuschia churidaar kurta.
Red saris were the order of the day with Mandira Bedi in a red Ritu Kumar and Laila Khan in a red satin sari. Maheep Kapoor also donned the red nine yards!
Raveena Tandon mixed it up a bit in a blue-green sari that she wore draped in Gujarati style. Unfortunately she didn’t quite pull it off.
Sonali Bendre and Seema Khan both wore chiffon floral saris and looked just about ok. Quite a letdown considering we normally see Sonali looking nothing less than mind-blowing.

However, the show stealer of the evening – and not in a good way – had to be none other than Neelam’s best friend – Ekta Kapoor! She came in looking dowdy in a black chiffon sari that did absolutely nothing for her.
Also attending the wedding wishing the couple a long and happy married life were the Surendranaths, Sohail, Seema and Arbaaz Khan with their kids, Anu Dewan and her husband and Babita.

Vivek & Priyanka held their wedding reception at a five star hotel in Mumbai that was attended by both bollywood celebrities and prominent businessman and politicians.
Spotted at the beautiful affair were big names in Bollywood like Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, Gulshan Grover, Raza Murad, Farah Khan and Sajid Khan.

At the glitzy reception Vivek Oberoi looked stunning in a Rohit Bal Designer Sherwani in navy blue. The lush velvet Sherwani was further glamorized with exquisite embroidery. Priyanka was dressed up in luxuriously gorgeous velvet Lehenga Choli designed by Sushma Vaid-Sonia Sahaney in shades of blue and green. Scintillating diamond wedding jewelry added to the glamour.

For the wedding, Vivek Oberoi was dressed as a prince in maroon Sherwani that flaunted intricate workmanship. Priyanka looked like a true traditional Indian bride in a Tarun Tahliani Lehenga Choli in shades of pink, red, orange, etc that was bedecked with glamorous and ornate embroidery. Her Bridal Lehenga Choli was accessorized with traditional gold Bridal Jewellery.

Being one of the most grandest of designer bridal wear, this stunning couple’s ensemble will definitely be one of the most desired outfits by brides and grooms-to-be.
